Udai Clinic Orthopaedic Centre is a nationally recognised orthopaedic
and trauma hospital. Established in 1975 by Dr Ved Prakash, it prides itself in
following an ethical medical practice and deliver responsive, compassionate and
cost effective care.
As a national centre of excellence, the hospital provides complete orthopaedic, trauma and spinal care.
Patients benefit from a team of highly specialised consultants, many of whom are nationally and internationally renowned.
The hospital offers a wide array of clinical services, both medical and surgical treatments for children and adults.
Trauma and accident care : expert management of fractures of spine, upper and lower limb. Udai Clinic has a particular expertise in management of complex and complicated fractures including late presentations and those with complications having being treated elsewhere.
Osteoporosis and Osteomalacia : Udai Clinic has a particular interest in management of brittle bones in children and in adults.
Joint Reconstruction: Hip - the range of services provided are Primary and revision hip replacement surgery, hip preservation surgery for hip impingement, osteotomies around the hip
Joint Replacement: Knee – Diagnostic and therapeutic Arthroscopic Surgery, Treatment via surgical Arthroscopy, Joint replacement (primary & revision), Liagament repair/reconstruction
Spinal Surgical Services: Surgical and non surgical management of children and adults with congenital and acquired spinal deformity ranging from spinal and neuro-muscular disease to trauma and tumors., including – Scoliosis, Ankylosing Spondylosis, Spinal Tuberculosis, Spinal Tumors, Cerebral Palsy patients with associated spinal deformity.
Paediatric & Adolescents: Diagnosing and treating acute and chronic
neuromuscular disorders such as infantile Scoliosis and Idiopathic Scolisis.
For nearly four decades now, Udai Clinic Orthopaedic Centre has co- hosted many national meetings and has an excellent reputation for teaching and training young orthopaedic surgeons.
